Menopause findings vary, and soy protein is a different ingredient
Soy isoflavones are plant compounds with estrogen-like activity and are distinct from soy protein. Researchers have studied them for menopause-related hot flashes and bone measures. The effects reported are generally small or inconsistent, so a standardized isoflavone amount should be read as a composition detail rather than a promise of symptom relief.

NCCIH describes variable results and emphasizes that soy foods, soy protein and isoflavone extracts are different interventions. Potential benefits of one cannot be assigned to the others. The evidence does not confirm a particular branded supplement or show that it replaces effective menopause or bone-health care.
The manufacturer lists 150 mg soy isoflavone powder, standardized to at least 40% total isoflavones (60 mg), per capsule. The isoflavones include genistein, daidzein and glycitein.
