Know the form—and the medicine interaction

Vitamin K is needed for normal blood clotting and for proteins involved in bone health. Labels may contain K1 or different K2 forms, including MK-4 and MK-7. The total amount and combination matter; different names or a larger amount do not establish superiority for everyone.

Read the evidence limits and sources

Supplement studies do not justify treating all K forms and doses as interchangeable. A nutrient’s role in bone health is not equivalent to a demonstrated fracture-prevention effect from this formula. Look at the complete panel, especially when vitamin D or calcium is included.
